Features and Functionality

Striven’s cloud-based software is accessed through login on the website and works best with google chrome, but will run on most commonly used web browsers such as Safari and Microsoft Edge.

Striven’s account dashboard is user-friendly. The dashboard’s main screen layout has tools and features which you can choose and arrange how you prefer them. The dashboard is fully customizable to adhere to you and your company’s operations. Another useful feature is project management where you can set milestones or company goals on projects your company is working on to keep track of progress.

Striven has many payment methods. You can pay with ACH with supported banks, Check, and all top debit and credit card companies are supported payment methods.


Striven has well-performing operations for finance reports. Nothing stands out as “spectacular” or “better than the rest” when it comes to reports on the platform. Some research I’ve done in this area on Striven is that a lot of people like the reporting feature, however, they would like more data collected for reports.

Striven works with generating tax documents and is tax compliant, however, the software does not offer payroll operations.

Advanced Features

Advanced features of Striven software include business management tools including a company hub, calendar integration, an internal newsfeed with social media integration, dynamic feedback tools, external action triggers, custom reporting, dashboard customization, and more. Striven also has tools for field service management, surveying, and business analytics.

Ease of Use

Striven is easy to set up an account. You can get a “test drive” for assistance setting up your account or a free trial of the software for seven days before paying any cost to use the platform. Striven’s dashboard is user-friendly.

You can customize the tools and functions available for quick access on the dashboard’s home page. I found that Striven’s cloud-based software is very user-friendly. I navigated the dashboard easily and found specific features and tools. Most tools and functions on the Striven platform perform adequately. Tools integrated are easy to access.

Add-ons and Integrations

Striven has payment processing and works with all commonly used payment methods. The software does not offer a payroll processing tool; however, Striven has a project management tool that works quite well. Striven integrates with Google Calendar and Microsoft Calendar. Striven also integrates, Gmail, Shipstation, and Twilio into their platform.

Customer support

I contacted Strivens customer support through multiple options. The live chat is very helpful and you get a representative very quickly instead of an automated message or chatbot. They were very informative and when the representative couldn’t answer my question herself she found the answer for me.

Striven phone support was helpful in answering my questions as well. It had an automated message at first, they connected you to a representative. In less than a minute I was connected to a representative. They answered all my questions very simply and specifically. The representative tried to set me up to schedule a demo of the product software and I chose not to proceed with that. Overall great customer support.

Overall Striven is a great accounting software for businesses of any size. They have an easy to use dashboard that is also customizable. I had a great experience with customer support. I think it’s one of the best ERP software for the cost. Striven has many beneficial functions all in one software.
