can I create Purchase Orders with freshbooks?
At the moment, Freshbooks does not offer the possibility of creating purchase orders.

Can vendors in your payables software be coded to multiple general ledger accounts? My client’s current environment allows for them to pull up a vendor and generally create default coding along different dept GL codes. That way they do not have to manually enter the GL codes for multiple accounts each time, since each vendor has their default settings among multiple codes. Of course we have the ability to override these should the vendor purchase be something different than normal

A liquor store with house accounts. Items are “charged” throughout a month then the house account owner will pay the charge the following month. Some of the balances are carried over to the next month or further. Can these house accounts be set up in Freshbooks? Is a barcode reader available to read the bottle purchases to enter the charges in the individual house account? If so, can balances be carried over in 30, 60 and 90 day time frames? Can the monthly invoice be printed with the carried over balances shown on the invoice?
